Air Tool Lubricant - 64 FL. OZ. Pneumatic Tool Oil

CLIsyntec Air Tool Lubricant, developed for industrial use, is an industrial strength oil specially designed for air powered tools. It provides optimum protection from damage and wear to all internal tool parts and lubricates pistons, reducing excessive heat and friction. Additionally, it reduces rust, varnish, and sludge, while removing harmful deposits. This lubricant also preserves the elasticity and form of seals and O-rings, to maintain operating pressure and seal life.

To use the CLIsyntec Air Tool Lubricant, apply 4-5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet fitting daily, prior to connecting to the air line. Lubricate O-rings by spreading lubricant on the O-rings with your finger. If the tool is to be used all day, be sure to repeat this process at the halfway mark. If your compressor is fitted with an in-line air lubricator, check and maintain the required level in the in-line lubricator reservoir. Connect the tool to the air source and run for about 20 seconds while covering the exhaust end with a towel. Additionally, lubricate the air tool before storage.
