The 5 speed design of the chamfering tool allows for adjustable gears to meet actual needs. The size of the chamfer can be adjusted by opening the screw and rotating to select the scale size, with a range of 0.1-1.5MM adjustable, and the maximum measured can be inverted to C1.5MM. Additionally, the pneumatic tools exhaust port can be adjusted by 360-degree rotation, allowing for exhaust in any direction.

The chamfer tool features sharp tungsten steel double blades with a triangle tungsten steel cutter head and auxiliary bearing, ensuring strength and durability. The tool is easy to use, with a push-forward operation to start working and a release to stop, and the safety bayonet bounces back to the original angle to avoid accidental touch.

Air tools used imported precision bearings and can be used for chamfering in a variety of narrow spaces. The package includes 1 x Blue Chamfer Tool, 2 x C-angle alloy blade (installed on the machine), 2 x R-angle alloy blade, 2 x wrench, 2 x screws, 2 x bearings (commonly used for R and C blades), 1 x rubber ring, and 1 x US standard air inlet connector.

The chamfering tool includes 2 pcs C angle blades and 2pcs R angle blades, allowing for multi-use of one machine and saving costs. The 361-degree rotating exhaust port ensures quick exhaust and reduces the air chamfering tool’s temperature to ensure safe usage.

With 5-speed air intake adjustment reaching 30,000 rpm and adjustable depth from C0.1-0.9, the chamfer tool will meet various work needs. The chamfer size can be adjusted from 0.1-1.5MM by simply loosening the screw and rotating to select the appropriate size.

The pneumatic chamfer tool is designed with a 1/5 "air inlet with a metal filter to prevent foreign particles from entering and causing blockages. It is also small and lightweight, making it easy to use. The handheld chamfer machine can quickly and smoothly cut straight, round, curve, and irregular edge outer or inner holes. However, it cannot be used to chamfer stones, titanium alloy, glass materials, or hard materials after heat treatment and welding.
